Sat Nam Friends, Thank you for visiting this website, and for your interest in EasyFlowMediation. I would like to tell you a little about myself and why I created the EasyFlow Meditation CD. In addition to publishing EasyFlowTM Meditation, I'm a Yoga Teacher in Naples, Florida. My teaching style is low-key and accepting. My yoga classes emphasize proper breathing (pranayama), movement (asanas), relaxation (savasana), and mindful intention setting. I have much to learn, and am as much a student as I am a teacher. However, I am 'proud' of the savasana or final relaxation portion of my classes. Many students report a renewed sense of self, reduced blood pressure, and emotinal clarity immediately following savasana. EasyFlow Meditation incorporates the same techniques that I teach my yoga students while in Savasana (muscle release, guided relaxation, and yoga nidra principles). I decided to create this CD because many of my students wanted to be able to experience guided Savasana while traveleing, or on the days that I'm not teacihng. I hope that this CD helps them and you experience the same benefits that we yield in our live classes. To foster positive results, I maintained the same warm, personable approach that we use in class.
