Her EasyFlow philosophy emphasizes the importance of cross training for holistic health.  An EasyFlowTM program may include meditation, visualization, intention setting, karma yoga, hatha yoga, cardiovascular exercise, and other forms of physical movement.

A wonderful byproduct of Monique’s EasyFlow philosophy is that not only do her students experience attitude transformations, they end up feeling and looking much healthier, for much longer than if she constantly talked to them about firm abs and perky backsides.
